(1) A person who has obtained a degree, diploma, certificate or other similar degree in veterinary medicine from an educational institution shall submit an application to the Council for its recognition as prescribed.
(2) The name of the educational institution awarding degrees, diplomas, certificates or other degrees recognized by the council after investigating the application as per sub-section (1) will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
